Webmail - Your Go-Anywhere, Do-Anything Email Access
Webmail is nifty, handy, and, well, free! Here's how to get to it, and what you can do once you're there.
- Log into your webmail account at webmail.hotgluemedia.com. Your username is your email address, and your password is the password we assigned for you (unless you've already changed it, in which case, it's whatever you changed it to).
- On the main webmail screen, click the big "Read Mail Using RoundCube" button in the center of the screen:
- Once you're in, you can read, respond to, and sort your email. If you're a do-it-yourselfer, you can stop here; otherwise, read on for a closer look.
- On the left side of the screen is your folder list. It shows all your folders (default ones, like Inbox and Drafts, plus any custom folders you've set up). Folders with unread messages will be bolded, and the number of unread messages will display parenthetically.
- At the top of the screen is the Action Bar. You can use the buttons on the action bar to, from left to right, refresh your mail (send/receive), create a new message (compose), reply to the current message (reply to sender only), reply to all people on the current message (reply all), forward the current message to another person, delete the current message, change the current message's status (mark as read or unread, or flag/star for later followup), or perform some utility-type actions (the gear) like print, download, or edit the current message. You can hover over each button to see a tooltip explaining its use.
- To the right of the action bar is the search field; use this to search for messages by keyword. To refine your search, a click the magnifying glass will allow you to limit your search to a specific field. Using the Filter dropdown will allow you to further limit to unread or flagged messages.
- The main message area will show you a list of your current messages, the sender, the date of the message, and the size of the message. Unread messages will be bolded.

You can also log in to webmail at your very own customized link! It's at webmail.yourdomain.com. (So if your website is bob.com, your webmail access is at webmail.bob.com.) Neat, huh?
