How to Change your Email Account Password
You can change your email account password at any time through the webmail interface. To get started:
- Log into your webmail account at webmail.hotgluemedia.com or your custom webmail URL. Your username is your email address, and your password is the password we assigned for you (unless you've already changed it, in which case, it's whatever you changed it to).
- On the main webmail screen, click the "Change Password" button at the far left:
- Enter your new password in the fields provided, and click "Change Password".
- That's it! If you are using Outlook, LiveMail, Thunderbird, or another client or device (such as a mobile phone) to access your email, you will need to change the password there as well.

Note: Be sure to record your password in a safe place! For security purposes, we do not keep passwords on file. However, we can reset your password for you if necessary.

You can also log in to webmail at your very own customized link! It's at webmail.yourdomain.com. (So if your website is bob.com, your webmail access is at webmail.bob.com.) Neat, huh?
